1. General Introduction
1.1 The aluminum melting furnace adopts the proportional combustion system
which can reduce the production of oxides, improve the radiation capacity of the
flame and improve the thermal efficiency.
1.2 Low melting loss at a rate lower than 1.5%.
The industrial aluminum melting furnace is scientifically designed, and can be
used to melt different raw material. The user could add chemicals into the furnace
to get the alloy composition.
1.3 The fume heat is utilized to save energy loss and improve heat efficiency. The
heat efficiency reaches more than 50%.
1.4Fuel for furnace: natural gas, liquefied gases, diesel. The metal melting furnace
is gas or oil fired.
1.5The metal melting furnace hearth is built the once forming casting material with
a service life of more than 5 years.
1.6The raw material can be automatically charged. The furnace body can be tilted
through the hydraulic tilting mechanism, which is safe, reliable and flexible operation.
1.7The aluminm alloy metal melting furnace adopts Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen
control system with a low failure rate.
